How to Place an Order

Add the item or service you want to your cart and complete checkout online. Please make sure your contact, billing, and shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.

Payment Methods

Available payment options are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified.

Custom Orders

Custom engraving, plating, polishing, personalized designs, special orders, and made-to-order items may require additional communication before production begins. Once custom work has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing, production, or shipment.

Firearm Sales & FFL Transfers

Firearm sales and transfers must follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including any required FFL transfer process. Customers are responsible for providing accurate transfer information when required.
