Are custom orders refundable?
Custom engraved, plated, polished, personalized, special order, or made-to-order items are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Yes. We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original condition and packaging.
